About the Course
The Black Love AlgoRHYTHM is the collaboration of empowerHIM + establishHER which helps us to embraceUS in relating to each other on a personal as well as professional level. We are providing this course to assist in creating an environment to build (or repair) trust, transparency and understanding to be in sync in the relationship.
The heartbeat of a solid relationship thrives on teamwork and never-ending evolution. Picture it like a catchy tune—steady progress towards your dream duo. Just as in music, disharmony and chaos only create noise! In this retreat, we will focus on your mutual commitment as the foundation to build a relationship where transparency, trust and love can flourish. It's all about setting aside quality time for meaningful moments with a clear goal in mind. Our goal is to support couples in creating those moments, embracing unity, coherence, and integrity, to create a symphony of love that withstands the test of time, bringing beauty and joy to their journey together.
Our retreat includes the following.
(2) 30-minute tele-health sessions:
1 session PRIOR to attending the retreat to discuss therapeutic suitability, intentions, and goal setting and 1 session after the retreat to support ongoing goals attainment to sustain the relationship.

Coach J Hughes is a former police officer who turned his skills in law enforcement and the streets into a life of coaching boys and men. Coach Hughes starts with the foundation of focusing on understanding of self to help navigate the expectations of boys and men in society today, leads them to envisioning the possibilities in life and assist in walking into that life present and prepared.
April-Autumn, an exceptional Licensed Clinical Social Worker, sex therapist and public speaker, shares valuable wisdom acquired from extensive experiences in philanthropy, therapy, and academia. With a remarkable twenty-year career dedicated to helping others, she shines as a guiding light for individuals of all age groups, whether in one-on-one sessions, pairs, or group environments. In her role as CEO of Sparks Innovations/establisHER Counseling and Life Solutions, April-Autumn integrates a mix of personalized approaches in her programs to motivate and assist those she engages.
